Kundalini Courses

Like Reiki workshop Kundalini work shop is also held at the center. Both theoretical and practical aspects of Kundalini sadhana are covered in it as under.

  • Kundalini Shaktipat: In the beginning of Kundalini workshop Shaktipat is given to all seekers. It is a boon for quantum leap in Kundalini Sadhana. Duruing the whole process Shaktipat is also given along with mantra diksha.
  • Generally Kundalini awakening consists of four forms of awakening, covered in three steps. (1) disciplining Ida and Pingala, (2) awakening of chakras and practise of chakra breathing and chakra sound, (3) awakening of Sushumna.
    • Asana: Siddhasan, Padmasan, Vajarasan, Shasanka and 16 Adharas of Kundalini Tantra.
    • Chakra Sadhana: Practice for ajna chakra, Swadhis Thana chakra, Manipur chakra, Anahata chakra, Vishuddhi chakra, Bindu Visarg chakra and practices for integrated chakra awareness.
    • Techniques of Mudras such as Malodari, Ashawani (horse gesture), Shakti Chalini, Shanmukhi (closing of seven gates), Tadana, Maha Mudra, Vipreet Karni, Shambhavi (eye brow center gazining), Khechri, Unmani, Yony Mudra, Vajorli, Sahjoli (the form of Vajorali mudra practise by women), Manduki Mudra (frog attitute) and Khechari Mudra in which the tongue passes back into the pharynx to stimulate the flows of nectar from lalna chakra activating Visuddha Chakra.
    • Bandhas: Moolbhanda (perineal contraction), Uddiyanbhanda (abdominal contraction), Jalandarbhanda (chin lock), and Mahabhanda.
    • Psychic techniques Satchakra bhedan agnisar kriya, nauli (abdominal messaging) and trataka (concentrated gazing)
    • Signs and symptoms of Kundalini awakening are discussed.
    • Details of three Granthis: Brahma Granthi, Vishnu Granthi and Rudra Granthi is the psychic knot within ajna chakra which symbolisis attachment to siddhis or higher mental attributes which must be transcended before full awakening of kundalini these granthis are actualy psychic knot on the sushumna nadi which hinder the upward passage of kundalini so granthi bhedan is necessary in kundalini sadhana.
    • Description of seven bodies, seven chakras, 5 pranas, 5 uppranas and panchkosas. Nadi Shodhan, Bhramari, Ujjayi, Kapal Bhati and Chaturth Pranayama.
    • Awakening of Third Eye for which Tratak, Shambhavi Mudra, Anuloma Viloma and Kapal Bhati is taught to sadhakas.
    • Ajapa Japa (so-aham) is practised.
    • Kundalini Kriyas of kriya yoga: 16 techniques along with 20 kriyas are discussed with sadhakas to enable them to practise it in their life after the work shop.
